The purpose of the integrated heating element is to warm the solution. It is not to dry blowing with hot air! This step can be avoided by use rinsing the parts in isopropylalcohol (not longer than a minute as it will dissolve shellac) which will displace the cleaning solution.

 

The integrated Heating Element is optional available. When the machine is equipped with such element, the right knob (variable wheel) will no longer be the timer, it will set the target temperature up to 40°C. 

Cheap cleaning solution such as this one here works really efficiently when warm. They work really well for lighter grime or as a pre-cleaner for the professional but expensive waterless solutions, which will last longer with pre-cleaning. 

The horns of the heating element must touch the liquid. It is necessary to make the jar a little fuller.

Perfect small workshop, hobbyist watch cleaner

This is an exemption excellent and truly hand made set up. Simple, but highly effective, with bidirectional oscillating movement. I would recommend the 4 jar model with heating using Watch Parts Metal Cleaning Solution 1 Litre Elma Clean Red 1:9 - HF6093, cleaner in 1st jar, distilled water in the 2nd floor rinsing, spin off in the 3rd, and a quick dip in IPA for no more that 30 secs to disperse all water (excluding pallet fork of course). Parts come out spotless.
Service and communication from Torsten is excellent.
Only thing to be mindful of if buying in the UK is that you will need to pay the import duty at 20%, so budget for an additional £120 on top of buying the set up above.
